JOURNEYMAN ROOFER:

• DESCRIPTION: Roof installation, tear-off, and clean-up of composition shingles, roofing materials, TPO (thermo plastic olefin); installation of plywood sheeting; roof repair and maintenance; communicate with homeowners and tenants as needed; adhere to OSHA and IIPP safety regulations
• REQUIREMENTS: Must have valid, current CA drivers license with clean DMV record; four (4) years of on-the-job roofing experience preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; must thrive in a team-oriented environment; proactive problem-solving skills; certifications in CPR and fall protection
• $25-35 per hour commensurate with experience
